These terms apply when you use Ommzy. They are written plainly, so it is clear what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Who offers Ommzy
Ommzy is offered by Nimblesoft (company ID 206342094), Bulgaria. In these terms “we” is Nimblesoft and “you” is the person with an account.

What Ommzy is
Ommzy is a free service for households that cook together. You plan the week, and everyone gets a portion for their own goal. It has recipes, a menu, a shopping list and store prices.
The service is growing and may change. We try to keep it running without breaks but cannot promise it. If we decide to stop it, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead, so you can take your data.
Invites and accounts
- For now an account is made only with an invite.
- An account is for one person. Do not give your password to anyone.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account. If you think someone else uses it, write to us at once.
- A household is shared: its people see the shared menu, recipes and shopping list.
- You may add a profile for someone you cook for (a child, say) only if you have the right to give their data, as a parent or guardian.
Adults only
Only a person aged 18 or over may have an account. By creating one you confirm you are an adult. Invites are for adults only.
Not medical advice
The calories, macros, portions and body mass index in Ommzy are estimates from established formulas for healthy adults. They do not replace a doctor or a dietitian.
See a doctor before following a goal to lose or gain weight if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a chronic condition (diabetes or kidney disease, say), have or had an eating disorder, or take medicines that depend on what you eat.
The library articles are general information, with sources. They are not advice for you in particular.
Your recipes
- The recipes you add stay yours. Only the people in your household see your personal recipes.
- For now you have up to 10 personal recipes.
- You can propose one of your recipes for the shared library. We review it before everyone sees it.
- When you propose a recipe and we approve it, you give us a free, non-exclusive right to show it to everyone in Ommzy, with your name.
- If you delete your account, your approved recipes stay in the library without your name. If you want them removed, write to us.
Add only text and pictures that are yours or that you have the right to share.
Content and conduct
It is not allowed:
- to upload someone else’s content without the right to;
- to post ads, spam or links for profit;
- to post illegal, offensive or dangerous content;
- to try to reach other people’s data or break into the service;
- to scrape content automatically or overload the service;
- to sell or hand out invites.
If the rules are broken, we may hide the content or suspend the account. We will tell you what we did and why, and you can reply. If someone reports illegal content to us, we review it and answer.
Store prices and products
Prices, promotions and products come from public sources: the chains’ websites, the open data of the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection, and eBag. They may be inaccurate or out of date. Check the price in the store.
Liability
We provide Ommzy free of charge and as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage from using it. Nothing here limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to us. Soon it will also be possible from the settings.
We delete an account with no sign-in for 12 months, after a warning.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in substance, we will tell you in the app at least 14 days ahead.
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes go to the competent Bulgarian court, without taking away your rights as a consumer.
